Deposits
A 50 percent deposit is required to guarantee a reservation for any vacation home or suite. For your convenience, we accept checks by phone. Otherwise, we must receive your deposit in the form of personal check, travelers check or money order via mail within seven days of your reservation. We do not accept credit cards. We will confirm your guaranteed reservation by mail. The deposit applies to the last day of a reservation and will not be refunded for any reason to cover possible check out before expiration of reservation.

Cancellations
To receive a deposit refund, less a 25 percent service charge, we require a ninety-day or more cancellation notice. The deposit is not refundable if the cancellation notice is less than ninety days.

Balance Due
Your balance due is required prior to or upon arrival. You may choose to pre-register and remit your balance due at any time prior to arrival. For your convenience, we accept checks by phone. We do not accept credit cards.

Check In and Check Out

Check-In time:

During the summer Season there are no exceptions to this policy. During any other season, it may be possible to arrange in advance for an earlier check in (noon - 3 p.m.) or a later check out (9 a.m. to noon) without any additional charge. Arrival before noon or departure after noon will incur an additional charge.

Bed linens are included.
Bath and kitchen linens are not included.

Sorry, No Pets
We like them, but for sanitary reasons and regard for other guests, housing them is not practical.

Boat Rentals (without motor)
$15.00/day, $75.00/week

Boat Rentals (with motor and gas included)
$75.00/day, $375.00/week

If you choose to bring your own boat, a $15.00/day or $75.00/week fee for launch and slip rental is required.

The above items are based on a first-come, first-served basis. We also have two canoes available for your use at no charge.

For your shopping convenience, a Wal-Mart and Trigs Grocery Store are in Minocqua on Hwy. 70 West, approximately 1 mile west of Highway 51 and only 8 miles from Driftwood Lodge.
